I'm utterly disappointed with Bay Blinds Port Elizabeth I've paid an amount of R5000 in January 2020 for installation of Shutters blinds. Service was never rendered by Heinroux Joubert He is ignoring my calls and email . I want my money back . Pay back my money please .
